About 1,350 ‘four-piece sets’, 670 quilts and 340 pillows are produced every minute, more than 1,600 parcels are dispatched to places all over the country every minute, the products are sold to more than 100 countries and regions in the world...the strength of the Dieshiqiao home textile industry comes from its continuously innovative core of intelligent manufacturing.

The giant roll of cloth at the feeding end rotates slowly, and the completed products ‘flow’ out as flat sheets, which are automatically stacked into piles. Even the labels are sewn on. The cut scraps are automatically recycled through the pipeline, and there is almost no need for human intervention in the whole process...In Jiuzhoulu Intelligent Industrial Park in Sanxing Town, Haimen District, three fully automatic production lines just introduced from Germany, can produce 4 bed sheets, 5 quilt covers and 14 pillowcases each per minute. At present, there are fewer than 10 people operating the three production lines, and the daily output has exceeded 1,000 ‘four-piece sets’. The three production lines, with an investment of over 10 million yuan, not only greatly improved the precision and speed, but also ensured the stability of quality.

From rapid production to swift delivery, an efficient logistics system is the key. Dieshiqiao has innovated the ‘overseas warehouse + local distribution’ model, relying on the advantages of the Yangtze River Delta shipping hub to deploy a network of 31 overseas warehouses in key markets such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Taking Dieshiqiao (Germany) overseas warehouse as an example, it can deliver goods to any country in Europe within 72 hours.

In the 5G intelligent shared factory of Jiangsu NIOSeller Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., fully automatic production lines were running at high speed. Xu Yancheng, the person in charge of NIOSeller, introduced that flexible and agile supply chain services are the basic business, mainly providing product supply and selection services for cross-border e-commerce sellers. The newly commissioned fully automatic production line is an important support for the home textile intelligent manufacturing and smart sharing sectors, improving the precision and speed of product manufacturing through automation and intelligent technologies.

As one of the earliest cross-border e-commerce enterprises in Nantong, NIOSeller is connected to more than 4,000 sellers around the world on one end, providing them with cross-border e-commerce product selection services; and on the other end, it is connected to more than 100 selected Nantong home textile factories, helping them  produce in accordance with the needs of global customers.
