on 18th October, the first carbon-neutral smart spinning factory in China has been put into operation at Dasheng Group.

Through in-depth integration of digitalization, intelligence, the Internet of Things, and green and low-carbon technologies, the project has achieved seamless connection between the ERP system and MES system, to form a development model of ‘intelligence + green’ coexistence, creating a ‘green factory’ and ‘clean energy factory’ that integrates full-chain carbon control, and promoting the construction of a green manufacturing system. After it goes into production at full capacity, it is expected that 10,000 ingots will be produced with less than 8 workers, the production efficiency will increase by 30%, the comprehensive energy consumption per unit will be reduced by 20%, and production operations and products will achieve near-zero carbon emissions.
