246 Nantong enterprises seize international market opportunities

On 31st October, phase 3 of the 138th Canton Fair opened. As the ‘wind vane’ of China’s foreign trade, the fair attracted in total 246 Nantong enterprises to participate. The number of exhibition booths reached 412. Nantong exhibitors are concentrated in their advantageous fields such as home textiles and fabrics, sporting goods, and apparel, which account for 56.3%, 13.3% and 5.2% respectively.

The new intarsia sweater brought by Nantong Jiuyan Fashion Co., Ltd. attracted many buyers to stop and negotiate with its exquisite pattern design and bright colour matching. ‘Nantong enterprises have obvious advantages in intasia craftsmanship. These products are very popular in the European and American markets because they can accurately reproduce complex patterns and have high color fidelity.’ Liu Jian, the person in charge of the exhibition booth of the company, said. On the first day of the exhibition, the company received more than 20 groups of purchasers from all over the world.

Jiangsu Manope Home Textile Co., Ltd. brought multiple new home textile products including pillows and mattresses made of new materials. Qin Hongchao, the person in charge of the booth of the company, said, ‘we have continuously tracked changes in international market demand, optimized process solutions, and promoted material upgrades. With "technology + cost-effectiveness + green" as our core competitiveness, our products have won the trust and recognition of more and more overseas customers.’
