Recently, Zhu Jia, a hand-drawing expert from Nantong, completed a technical pen drawing that integrates the close shot of the Hao River, the old and new urban areas, and the Su-Tong Yangtze River Bridge in the distance from a miniature panoramic perspective.

Zhu Jia was born in Nantong in 1990. He said that he majored in fine arts in the university, and gradually embarked on a professional painting career.

From 2015, Zhu Jia has created series of technical pen paintings ‘Impressions of Nantong’, which vividly present old and new iconic landmarks of Nantong, such as the Bell Tower, Temple Street, Nantong Grand Theatre, and Nantong Art Museum. In recent years, he has also posted his hand-painted masterpieces on TikTok to promote his hometown.

The New Look of Nantong is 1 m wide and 0.5 m high. It was created based on an aerial photo of He Wangwei, a photographer. From November 2024 to its completion, Zhu Jia spent half an hour per day in average to meticulously work on it, and finally completed it after more than one year.

画作《通城新貌》完成

近日，南通手绘达人朱佳完成一幅针管笔画作，以微缩全景视角，将濠河近景、新老城区风貌与远处苏通大桥相融。

朱佳出生于1990年，南通人。朱佳说，他在大学里学的是美术专业，逐渐走上了专业绘画的道路。2015年至今，朱佳创作了“南通印象”针管笔系列画，惟妙惟肖地呈现钟楼、寺街、南通大剧院、南通美术馆等新老标志性景点。这几年，他又陆续将手绘佳作发布到抖音上，用这种方式宣传家乡。

这幅《通城新貌》宽1米、高0.5米，根据摄影师何王玮的航拍作品二次创作而成。从2024年11月动笔至完工，朱佳平均每天花费半小时精心勾勒，历时一年多终成佳作。
